Helpdesk Technician - Top Secret Clearance Required Prior to application

D A LABS is currently looking for a talented Help Desk Technician. A candidate would be responsible for day to day maintenance of desktop workstations along with the software installed on those systems. Candidates should be able to physically relocate workstations. A strong technical background along and rigid attention to detail are ideal characteristics in a candidate. Desktops deployed within our customers enclaves on all three classification levels. Beyond the day to day duties as a help desk technician candidates will be exposed to some of the best cyber security technologies developed.

The job site is Washington D.C. at the corner of 10th NW and Pennsylvania Ave. NW. This position requires 5 years specialized IT experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

5 years IT experience
Top Secret Clerance required prior to application
Experience with scripting
Experience with helpdesk duties
Understanding of underlying desktop technologies
Ability to work independently
Capable of taking responsibility for day to day duties
